In a world facing major political and socio-economic challenges, it  is evident that visionary leadership is key in finding lasting solutions that  allow a peaceful  and a nurturing  environment for people to thrive.  It is evident, that women play a key role in fighting  the challenges  that  face  the  world  today  and thus must  be included in leadership and decision making positions at  different levels in society because  they embody the power to decide, to  influence, to serve and to stir progressive change.

The power of feminine leadership is key to transforming vulnerability suffered by  individuals, families, organizations, communities and  nations into victories. Ideas and innovations that propel  impact oriented solutions must be worked together with women. The winning leadership style is one that recognises decisions must not only be about making profit but also about promoting social good. And that decisions must  not always be made  from the top-down but must be  inclusive  of those at the  bottom of the pyramid.

It is time that core values such as integrity, compassion, charity, empathy and dialogue that women leaders display must not be considered a weakness but virtues without which peace and prosperity cannot thrive.

This website is about Lindy Wafula, I am mother, a social entreprenuer, a motivational speaker, a politician and a mentor who displays such authentic visionary leadership skills which inspire hope and empowerment for  progressive  change.
